To be eligible for a return, claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days of order delivered, and all items must be in new, resellable condition.
You can return for store credit or a refund- subject to a deduction of a 5% transaction fee.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial shipping cost.
Returns postmarked more than 15 days after delivery are eligible for store credit only.
Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
If you cancel an item that has already entered production but hasn’t shipped yet, a 5% transaction fee may still apply.
