I own a shop and would love to sell Atenti, how do I purchase?

Atenti would love to work with you to find the perfect pieces for your store. We provide unique offerings for our wholesale customers. To login to our site and purchase bags and accessories, you will first need to fill in an application HERE.  Applications are reviewed to ensure the business is a good fit.  After review you’ll get an email with a link to establish your personal password or to request further information.   

ORDERS AND RETURNS

 Return/Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return, claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days of order delivered, and all items must be in new, resellable condition.

You can return for store credit or a refund- subject to a deduction of a 5% transaction fee.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial shipping cost.

Returns postmarked more than 15 days after delivery are eligible for store credit only. 

Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

If you cancel an item that has already entered production but hasn’t shipped yet, a 5% transaction fee may still apply.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

SHIPPING

Where do we ship?

Everywhere! 

Please note that international customers purchasing products from a U.S.-based Shopify store may be subject to duties and import taxes depending on the value and nature of the goods. For instance, duties are typically charged by Canadian customs when the product crosses the border into Canada depending on value of products.

How much does shipping cost?

Free US shipping on orders over $200.

$15 for Domestic, $37 for Canada, $60 for all other International shipping.

How long before my item arrives?

We keep a small inventory though most of our orders are made to order! In general, orders are filled and shipped ground, via UPS or USPS within two weeks.

If you ever need an order by a specific date, please let us know - we’ll do our best to expedite production and shipping.

All of our Atenti products are lovingly handmade in La Crescenta, California. If you are in the area, please give us a call (818) 330-7777 to schedule a visit!

Are there recommended care instructions?

Most of our items are dry clean only, unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. 

Please note, all our products are lovingly handmade: cut by hand in small batches and fabric placement varies so may look slightly different from the image!
